As the second volume of a training programme, it builds on the highly acclaimed Making Microfinance Work: Managing for Improved Performance. It includes chapters on various product options and how to combine different product menus to serve specific market segments, and concludes with discussions about managing partnerships and devising strategies to achieve a diverse product portfolio.
